If you are unfamiliar with Reiki healing (as I was at first), she is knowledgeable and patient, making the sessions as informative as they are pleasant. I recall on the drive over to the studio feeling this giant cord attached to me and asking the angels to please remove it - Jennifer confirmed there was a cord, explained the visual and cut the cord! The notes after the session were so detailed and something I could return to whenever I needed. She puts so much time, energy and love into the post session notes and I greatly appreciate that!
